Our Fitness classes are MMA based and influenced by Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga and 2nd Grade Recess. Our instructors are upbeat and teach the individual, not just the class. Expect to have fun and stay motivated.
The Fitness program is based on the theory of Muscle Confusion. No two classes are alike so you never get bored! Muscle Confusion is the process of constantly introducing new movements with varying speed, difficulty and force so your body never gets complacent and your fitness level keeps rising.
No matter what your fitness level, the Fitness classes can be modified for your needs.
